Refund Policy

In order to return an order, please contact us via email first. orders that will be refunded will be at the discretion of crafted scents once items have been returned and assessed. Returns address will be provided once contact has been made. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
